We welcome your comments and ask that you treat our community members with respect by following our community guidelines when engaging on The McFive Circus social media pages.

Content Guidelines

We appreciate feedback and welcome the free-flow of ideas and information, but we wish to create a respectful community and reserve the right to delete disruptive, profane, vulgar, threatening, or off-topic comments, and to block those users that are persistent about being disruptive or disrespectful of others. Specifically, The McFive Circus reserves the right to delete any content that is deemed:

Inappropriate, disrespectful, excessive, obscene, unrelated or off-topic
Personal attacks, threats, or harassment of any individual, entity or organization including The McFive Circus
Inaccurate, false, libellous, or misleading in any way
Pornographic, indecent, sexually explicit, or profane material including characters, symbols, initials and intentional misspellings that suggest profanity
Encouragement or conduct of illegal activity
Spam, or content that contains or links to any virus, spyware, malware, or similar program that could technically disrupt or harm a user’s computer
Selling a product or service, or posted to drive traffic to a particular website for monetary, political, or personal gain
Discriminatory or hateful speech regarding gender, race, age, nationality, religion, disability, or sexual orientation
Advertisements or links that promote commerce not directly affiliated with The McFive Circus
Personal, confidential, or identifying information or private issues
In violation of any social media site’s terms of service or any laws or regulations
Infringement of copyright, patent, trade secret, trademark, or intellectual property rights

At the sole discretion of The McFive Circus, should a member of the public violate these guidelines, their content will be deleted, and that person may be blocked/banned from all The McFive Circus social media pages without prior written notice or consent.

Social Media Platforms

Please understand that social media platforms are owned by third parties that are unaffiliated with The McFive Circus. The McFive Circus is not responsible for the security or privacy policies of these sites or other third-party sites that may be linked to or from within them. Social media platforms are public forums, and as such, The McFive Circus cannot be held responsible for views expressed by visitors on The McFive Circus’ social media pages. Content posted by visitors do not necessarily represent the opinion of The McFive Circus.

Personal Information

Be aware that any personal information you choose to disclose through The McFive Circus social media pages can be read, collected, or used by others and that such disclosures are subject solely to the privacy policies and protections of the social media platforms. The McFive Circus has no control over these platforms and is therefore not responsible for any personal information you may choose to disclose through them.

The McFive Circus will never disclose, or ask for you to disclose, non-public, personally identifying information through its social media pages. The McFive Circus asks that you do not submit personally identifying or confidential information through its pages.

This includes, but is not limited to, any marketing and advertising materials, media, promotions, derivative works or to incorporate into other works.

Links To Third Party Sites

The McFive Circus may occasionally post links to third-party sites. However, this does not in a way constitute an official endorsement of the company or site. The McFive Circus may have advertising relationships, and as such will do its best to disclose and identify any relationships it has with a company or site.
